Carefully read the ticket issued and check the dates and times of ferry journeys and travel times. It is important to arrive at the port informed, to avoid hindrances that could waste valuable time.
Passengers must arrive at the Terminal for check-in one hour before the departure time in order to board. Check-in closes half an hour before departure time. All passengers, including minors, must be in possession of valid identity documents. Drivers must check that the vehicle documents are in order.
Embarkation operations take place at the Maritime Station in the offices of the shipping companies.
