ACCOMMODATION OF PASSENGERS WITH SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Passengers with reduced mobility must indicate their condition when booking to enable us to facilitate their access to the ship and their accommodation on board. Children under the age of 14 cannot travel alone for safety reasons. They must be entrusted to relatives or friends who will take responsibility for them. Unaccompanied youths over the age of 14 and under the age of 18 are admitted on board upon presentation of a certificate signed by their parents releasing the Company from liability. Pregnant women may travel for up to seven months of pregnancy, subject to acceptance by the doctor on board.
EMBARKING WITH YOUR VEHICLE
At the entrance to the car deck, the reception staff will guide you and indicate the place of your vehicle on board. You can leave your luggage in the car, taking care to take those necessary for the crossing (a woollen suit is also necessary in summer because of the air conditioning). Lock the doors and the boot. For security reasons, the garage is closed from the moment the ship departs and access to the vehicle will not be possible until arrival.
ANIMALS ON BOARD
Pets are accepted on board CTN ferries under certain conditions: for dogs, in addition to paying the fares, a rabies vaccination certificate must be presented at embarkation; during navigation, accommodation is provided in the kennels as access to passenger rooms is prohibited.
CANCELLATION / REFUND
If the cancellation is made: up to the day before the departure of the ship, the penalty amounts to 10% of the ticket price; on the day of departure, the penalty amounts to 25% of the ticket price. In the event of a non-cancelled departure, there is no refund. Unsprung “open date” tickets are in any case valid for one year from the date of issue. N.B. For exchange vouchers, deductions will be calculated on the full ticket price and not on the advance payments made.
ATTENTION!
NO DUPLICATES MAY BE ISSUED. ALL LOST TICKETS OR EXCHANGE VOUCHERS RESULT IN THE PURCHASE OF A NEW TICKET OR THE PAYMENT OF A NEW DEPOSIT. THE LOST DOCUMENT WILL BE REFUNDED (IF IT HAS NOT BEEN USED IN THE MEANTIME) UPON EXPIRY OF ITS VALIDITY (ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE).
