MAIN CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE OF SHIPPING COMPANIES
1. With the purchase of a maritime ticket, a contract of carriage is concluded between the shipping company (carrier) and the passenger. This contract does not constitute a tourist package and is not subject to the relevant regulations. The party assuming the obligation of carriage is the carrier, as identified on the ticket. Seamed Trading Shipping in this relationship acts as a mere intermediary. The carriage is performed by the carrier in accordance with its general conditions of carriage, which can be found in the relevant brochures and are available at our offices or on our website.
