The Palermo-Genoa ferry route is one of the most frequent multi-weekly maritime connections with Sicily and is operated by the GNV company with 6 departures per week, from Monday to Saturday. But during the summer months of June, July and August, departures become 7, every day from Monday to Sunday. Palermo, the regional capital of Sicily, has always occupied a strategic position in the northern part of the island, on the Tyrrhenian coast and is connected with all the main ports of the peninsula.
Genoa is also one of the most important in Italy and passengers arriving here can easily reach not only northern Italian cities but also neighbouring countries such as France, Austria or Germany.
