Marinvest becomes part of the Grandi Navi Veloci shareholding structure through a capital increase against a mixed contribution of cash and three ships (SNAV Toscana, SNAV Lazio, SNAV Sardegna). On 2 August 2012, the Shareholders' Meeting of Grandi Navi Veloci resolved to increase the share capital by EUR 30 million; during the Shareholders' Meeting, the Board of Directors was also delegated the power to carry out a possible subsequent increase up to EUR 20 million.
