The following are the general conditions of carriage of the company in question.<\/span><\/p>\n

ITINERARIES \/ TIMETABLES<\/span><\/h5>\n

Itineraries and timetables may be subject to change without notice. La RED STAR FERRIES<\/strong> will not be liable for changes due to force majeure or technical reasons.<\/span><\/p>\n

MEALS ON BOARD<\/span><\/h5>\n

They are not included in the price. A restaurant\/snack bar service is in operation on board.<\/span><\/p>\n

ACCOMMODATION ON BOARD<\/span><\/h5>\n

Any changes of accommodation should be requested from the reception staff.<\/span><\/p>\n

BOARDING TIME LIMIT<\/span><\/h5>\n

Passengers already booked with tickets do not have to go directly to the ship, but are required to report to the embarkation agency 3 hours before the departure time. In the event of a delay, the agency has the right to cancel corresponding bookings and accept other waiting passengers. Already booked passengers without a ticket are required to report to the boarding agency by 6 p.m. on the day of departure. The reservation is considered binding only when an advance payment of 20 % of the value of the ticket to be purchased has been made.<\/span><\/p>\n

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS<\/span><\/h5>\n

In the event of cancellation, the following refunds are provided:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Up to 30 days before departure no penalty.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • From 29 to 7 days before departure 30% of the tariff.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • From 6 days to the day before departure 50% of the fare.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • On the day of departure 100% of the tariff.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Refunds are provided only in the event of non-departure of the ship. Refunds in money are made only by the issuing agency. The unused ticket stamped by the embarkation office cannot be used outside the departure date.<\/span><\/p>\n

    OPEN DATE TICKETS<\/span><\/h5>\n

    They are valid for one year from the date of issue. It is advisable to always make reservations in advance, especially in July, August and December. Any differences in fares must be settled by passengers at the time of embarkation. Open-date tickets do not constitute boarding rights; if the customer has not made a regular reservation, boarding will only be permitted in the event of availability.<\/span><\/p>\n

    BOOKING MODALITIES<\/span><\/h5>\n

    Reservations can be made by calling 0836\/801578.<\/span><\/p>\n

    It is always advisable to make reservations in advance, especially in July, August and December (from Brindisi to Vlora) and in September and January (from Vlora to Brindisi).<\/span><\/p>\n

    COMMERCIAL \/ EXPORT VEHICLES<\/span><\/h5>\n

    They must present themselves in time to complete customs formalities.<\/span><\/p>\n

    PASSPORTS\/VEHICLE DOCUMENTS<\/span><\/h5>\n

    Passengers must be in possession of a passport\/identity card valid for foreign travel.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Passengers with accompanying vehicles must have:<\/span><\/p>\n

    • 1. certificate of ownership<\/span><\/li>\n
    • 2. registration certificate<\/span><\/li>\n
