The Company is not in fault if the passenger with open date ticket does not book in advance for his travel.<br \/>\nAccording to EU Directive 98\/41 passengers must provide their details for the passenger registration system. Passengers with special needs must declare this at the time of the reservation.<br \/>\nPassengers arriving at check in without the original ticket may be refused the travel by the Company<br \/>\nCancellation fees apply as follows (excluding tickets purchased with special offers under which they may be non refundable) :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Annulation jusqu'\u00e0 30 jours avant le d\u00e9part : remboursement de 100%<\/li>\n<li>Annulation de 29 jours \u00e0 7 jours avant le d\u00e9part : remboursement de 75%<\/li>\n<li>Annulation de 6 jours \u00e0 24h avant le d\u00e9part : remboursement 50%<\/li>\n<li>Les billets de spectacle ne sont pas rembours\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>11. The refund is only made by the agency that has issued the ticket.<\/p>\n<p>12. Early booking offers tickets are not refundable.<\/p>\n<p>13.Passengers must be present for check-in minimum 2 hours before the departure time. Passengers in late arrival are not guaranteed their embarkation on the vessel.<\/p>\n<p>14. Arrival and departure times are in local time where\u00a0Arrival time is the arrival of the vessel at the pilot station of each port.<\/p>\n<p>15. The Company is not liable for delays that may result from reasons of port congestion.<\/p>\n<p>16. Prices and Timetable are liable to change without further notice and the Company reserves the right to impose a fuel surcharge without further notice.<\/p>\n<p>17. In case of any unexpected trip cancellation the liability of the Company is limited only to the full refund of the ferry ticket the passenger holds.<\/p>\n<p>18.
