K\u00ebto Kushte dhe Afate t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtime dhe kufizime t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb transportuesve p\u00ebr vdekje, s\u00ebmundje ose p\u00ebr d\u00ebmtim ose humbje t\u00eb automjeteve dhe bagazheve ose p\u00ebr vones\u00eb ose devijim. Kopje t\u00eb Kushteve dhe Afateve t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb transportit t\u00eb Kompanis\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb disponueshme me k\u00ebrkes\u00eb. Oraret - Tarifat dhe oraret e listuara n\u00eb katalogun e Kompanis\u00eb bazohen n\u00eb kushtet ekzistuese n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e shtypit. N\u00ebse ndonj\u00eb kusht ndryshon pas koh\u00ebs s\u00eb shtypit, Kompania rezervon t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb ndryshime n\u00eb orar, tarifa dhe itinerare ose t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbahet nga detyrimet kontraktuale pa njoftim paraprak. Megjithat\u00eb, Kompania nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr asnj\u00eb d\u00ebmtim q\u00eb rezulton prej tyre. Kushtet e lartp\u00ebrmendura p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb \u00e7do lloj rrethane t\u00eb paparashikueshme si nj\u00eb rritje e \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb karburantit ose luhatje t\u00eb monedh\u00ebs. N\u00eb rast se detyrimet kontraktuale nuk mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushen, klienti ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb rimbursim t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb pagesave t\u00eb b\u00ebra. Kompania nuk mund t\u00eb mbahet p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr vonesa t\u00eb shkaktuara nga pal\u00eb t\u00eb treta, autoritetet portuale ose kushte ekstreme dhe t\u00eb pazakonta t\u00eb motit. Oraret mund t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb pa njoftim paraprak. K\u00ebrkesat e Rezervimit N\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me rregulloret nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare SOLAS dhe ligjin e BE-s\u00eb, pasagjer\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb japin informacionin e m\u00ebposht\u00ebm gjat\u00eb rezervimit: Emri dhe Mbiemri, Gjinia, Data e lindjes, Komb\u00ebsia, Numri i telefonit t\u00eb kontaktit ose adresa e email-it, Lloji dhe numri i regjistrimit t\u00eb automjetit (n\u00ebse aplikohet), Lloji i identifikimit (kart\u00eb identiteti, pasaport\u00eb ose tjet\u00ebr), Numri i identifikimit (kart\u00eb identiteti, pasaport\u00eb ose tjet\u00ebr). Vlefshm\u00ebria e bilet\u00ebs Biletat jan\u00eb t\u00eb vlefshme p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vit nga data e l\u00ebshimit (jo t\u00eb shtypura ose rezervim) p\u00ebrve\u00e7 biletave me \u00e7mim t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb vlefshm\u00ebri t\u00eb kufizuar. Nj\u00eb bilet\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e transferueshme p\u00ebrve\u00e7 n\u00ebse parashikohet ndryshe me ligj. Personi i lejuar t\u00eb udh\u00ebtoj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb personi i em\u00ebruar n\u00eb bilet\u00eb (kontrata e udh\u00ebtimit). Ndryshimi i emrit dhe mbiemrit t\u00eb nj\u00eb pasagjeri n\u00eb nj\u00eb bilet\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00ebshuar nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i pranuesh\u00ebm. Kompania rezervon t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn t&#039;u k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb pasagjer\u00ebve t\u00eb paraqesin dokumente identifikimi t\u00eb vlefshme p\u00ebrpara se t\u00eb udh\u00ebtojn\u00eb dhe nuk do t\u00eb mbahet n\u00ebse nj\u00eb pasagjer - p\u00ebrve\u00e7 personit q\u00eb ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb udh\u00ebtoj\u00eb me bilet\u00eb - i cili i ka paraqitur Kompanis\u00eb dokumente identifikimi q\u00eb korrespondojn\u00eb me pasagjerin e em\u00ebruar n\u00eb bilet\u00eb, ka udh\u00ebtuar dhe\/ose \u00ebsht\u00eb rimbursuar. Anulimet - RimbursimetAnulimet mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhen n\u00eb agjencin\u00eb e udh\u00ebtimit, agjencin\u00eb portuale, Agjentin e Shitjeve Premium ose n\u00eb zyrat e Kompanis\u00eb ku \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb rezervimi dhe pagesa. N\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb anulimit dhe n\u00eb lidhje me dat\u00ebn e udh\u00ebtimit, rimbursohen shumat e m\u00ebposhtme: \u2022 Nj\u00eb rimbursim 100%, deri n\u00eb 22 dit\u00eb para nisjes. \u2022 Nj\u00eb rimbursim 80%, nga 21 dit\u00eb deri n\u00eb 8 dit\u00eb para nisjes. \u2022 Nj\u00eb rimbursim 50%, nga 7 dit\u00eb deri n\u00eb 24 or\u00eb para nisjes. \u2022 Kompania nuk ka detyrim t\u00eb rimbursoj\u00eb n\u00eb rast t\u00eb anulimeve t\u00eb b\u00ebra m\u00eb pak se 24 or\u00eb para nisjes s\u00eb d\u00ebrges\u00ebs ose n\u00ebse pasagjeri nuk paraqitet n\u00eb regjistrim. \u2022 N\u00eb rast t\u00eb anulimit t\u00eb pjessh\u00ebm t\u00eb nj\u00eb udh\u00ebtimi vajtje-ardhje nga i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar nj\u00eb udh\u00ebtim, pasagjerit do t&#039;i rimbursohen si m\u00eb sip\u00ebr (bazuar n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e anulimit) p\u00ebr udh\u00ebtimin q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar. \u2022 N\u00eb rast t\u00eb anulimit t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb udh\u00ebtimi vajtje-ardhje, pasagjerit do t&#039;i rimbursohen si m\u00eb sip\u00ebr (bazuar n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e anulimit). \u2022 Politika e rimbursimit e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e vlefshme p\u00ebr biletat e l\u00ebshuara me nj\u00eb ofert\u00eb speciale (p.sh. Rezervimi i Hersh\u00ebm). N\u00eb raste t\u00eb tilla, zbatohen kushtet e anulimit t\u00eb ofert\u00ebs. Biletat mund t\u00eb konvertohen n\u00eb bileta me dat\u00eb t\u00eb HAPUR ose n\u00eb nj\u00eb dat\u00eb tjet\u00ebr nisjeje deri n\u00eb kat\u00ebr (4) or\u00eb para nisjes s\u00eb anijes. N\u00ebse k\u00ebto bileta anulohen, data kur biletat jan\u00eb konvertuar n\u00eb dat\u00eb t\u00eb hapur ose n\u00eb nj\u00eb dat\u00eb tjet\u00ebr nisjeje konsiderohet si data e anulimit dhe rimbursimi llogaritet n\u00eb lidhje me dat\u00ebn origjinale t\u00eb udh\u00ebtimit. Nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb p\u00ebr rimbursim duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhet me shkrim. Anulimet dhe rimbursimet mund t\u00eb zgjidhen vet\u00ebm p\u00ebrmes agjencis\u00eb s\u00eb udh\u00ebtimit, Agjentit t\u00eb Shitjeve Premium ose zyrave t\u00eb Kompanis\u00eb, ku jan\u00eb l\u00ebshuar biletat. Rimbursimet p\u00ebr biletat e skaduara nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb mundura. Agjencit\u00eb Portale mund t\u00eb anulojn\u00eb nj\u00eb bilet\u00eb pasi t\u00eb jet\u00eb finalizuar regjistrimi, por nuk mund t\u00eb rimbursojn\u00eb parat\u00eb. Kompania ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb vler\u00ebn totale t\u00eb bilet\u00ebs n\u00ebse pasagjeri nd\u00ebrpret udh\u00ebtimin e tij n\u00eb nj\u00eb port t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebm, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 n\u00ebse nd\u00ebrprerja \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb s\u00ebmundjes, aksidentit ose forc\u00ebs madhore. Bileta t\u00eb Hapura Nj\u00eb bilet\u00eb kthimi me dat\u00eb t\u00eb hapur, e l\u00ebshuar fillimisht si e hapur, jo e konvertuar n\u00eb t\u00eb hapur, \u00ebsht\u00eb e vlefshme p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vit nga data e l\u00ebshimit (jo e shtypur ose rezervim) dhe rimbursohet, n\u00ebse anulohet, me nj\u00eb rimbursim 100%, me kusht q\u00eb k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr anulim t\u00eb b\u00ebhet para skadimit t\u00eb saj. Nj\u00eb bilet\u00eb e konvertuar n\u00eb bilet\u00eb me dat\u00eb t\u00eb hapur \u00ebsht\u00eb e vlefshme p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vit nga data e l\u00ebshimit (jo e shtypur ose rezervim) t\u00eb bilet\u00ebs fillestare dhe, n\u00ebse anulohet, rimbursohet sipas politik\u00ebs s\u00eb anulimit t\u00eb bilet\u00ebs fillestare. Pasagjer\u00ebt me nj\u00eb bilet\u00eb kthimi t\u00eb hapur duhet t\u00eb rezervojn\u00eb udh\u00ebtimin e tyre t\u00eb kthimit shum\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb p\u00ebrmes agjencis\u00eb s\u00eb udh\u00ebtimit, Agjentit t\u00eb Shitjeve Premium, agjencis\u00eb portuale ose zyrave t\u00eb Kompanis\u00eb, ku \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb rezervimi dhe pagesa. Tarifat e kthimit t\u00eb hapur llogariten gjithmon\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb tarif\u00ebn e sezonit t\u00eb ul\u00ebt. N\u00eb rast se nj\u00eb pasagjer udh\u00ebton n\u00eb sezonin e mes\u00ebm ose t\u00eb lart\u00eb ose gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb periudhe n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi nj\u00eb tarif\u00eb e re, at\u00ebher\u00eb diferenca midis tarif\u00ebs aktuale dhe asaj t\u00eb parapaguar duhet t\u00eb paguhet nga pasagjeri. Rezervimi b\u00ebhet sipas disponueshm\u00ebris\u00eb. Kompania nuk mund t\u00eb siguroj\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb rezervimin e pasagjer\u00ebve n\u00eb datat e udh\u00ebtimit ose llojin e akomodimit q\u00eb ata d\u00ebshirojn\u00eb. Mund t\u00eb ofrohen data alternative udh\u00ebtimi ose lloje akomodimi. Bileta t\u00eb HumburaN\u00eb rast t\u00eb humbjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb bilete, pasagjeri duhet t\u00eb njoftoj\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb agjentin e udh\u00ebtimit q\u00eb e ka l\u00ebshuar at\u00eb, Agjentin Premium t\u00eb Shitjeve, agjentin portual ose Kompanin\u00eb. Bileta e ribotuar mund t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqet vet\u00ebm nga pasagjeri udh\u00ebtues me nj\u00eb dokument identifikimi t\u00eb vlefsh\u00ebm n\u00eb portin e nisjes. Sh\u00ebnim: N\u00eb regjistrim, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pasagjer\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb paraqesin nj\u00eb kart\u00eb identiteti ose pasaport\u00eb t\u00eb vlefshme. Zbritje Pasagjer\u00ebt e m\u00ebposht\u00ebm kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7mime me zbritje: a) foshnjat, b) f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, c) t\u00eb moshuarit, d) student\u00ebt, e) t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb f) an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e shoqatave specifike t\u00eb automobilave dhe klubeve t\u00eb kampingut, g) an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e klubit t\u00eb besnik\u00ebris\u00eb Aneksmart ose Seasmiles. D\u00ebshmi e vlefshme q\u00eb pasagjer\u00ebt kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7mime me zbritje duhet t\u00eb paraqitet gjat\u00eb rezervimit dhe gjat\u00eb regjistrimit. Zbritjet duhet t\u00eb k\u00ebrkohen gjat\u00eb rezervimit. Pas udh\u00ebtimit, asnj\u00eb bilet\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb rimbursohet.K\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr GrupeTarifat e grupeve mund t\u00eb k\u00ebrkohen p\u00ebrmes Kompanis\u00eb, agjencive t\u00eb udh\u00ebtimit dhe Agjent\u00ebve Premium t\u00eb Shitjeve. Nj\u00eb grup p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 16 pasagjer\u00eb. P\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn nga 15\/07 deri m\u00eb 15\/09, nj\u00eb grup p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 20 pasagjer\u00eb. F\u00ebmij\u00eb t\u00eb pashoq\u00ebruar Kompania nuk pranon rezervime p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00eb n\u00ebn 15 vje\u00e7 t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk shoq\u00ebrohen nga t\u00eb rritur. Rezervimet p\u00ebr t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb e mosh\u00ebs 15 deri n\u00eb 18 vje\u00e7 mund t\u00eb pranohen me leje specifike me shkrim nga prindi ose kujdestari ligjor p\u00ebr udh\u00ebtimin e pashoq\u00ebruar. Kafsh\u00ebt sht\u00ebpiake t\u00eb pashoq\u00ebruara nuk pranohen. Pronar\u00ebt ose kujdestar\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb me vete dokumentet e vlefshme sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore t\u00eb kafsh\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre gjat\u00eb udh\u00ebtimit (shtetasit e BE-s\u00eb duhet gjithashtu t\u00eb ken\u00eb Pasaport\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb Pet-it t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb) dhe t\u00eb ndjekin t\u00eb gjitha rregulloret e hyrjes. P\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha macet, qent\u00eb dhe ferret\u00ebt, nj\u00eb dokument i vlefsh\u00ebm imunizimi kund\u00ebr t\u00ebrbimit \u00ebsht\u00eb i detyruesh\u00ebm. P\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb informacion, pasagjer\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb kontaktojn\u00eb departamentin e Sh\u00ebrbimit ndaj Klientit t\u00eb Kompanis\u00eb. Kampingu n\u00eb BordKampingu n\u00eb bord \u00ebsht\u00eb i lejuesh\u00ebm nga 1 prilli deri m\u00eb 31 tetor. Pasagjer\u00ebt q\u00eb udh\u00ebtojn\u00eb me nj\u00eb karavan ose nj\u00eb kamping duhet t\u00eb regjistrohen t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 3 or\u00eb para orarit t\u00eb planifikuar t\u00eb nisjes.
